From June 11th to 13th, the 2025 Shanghai International Elderly Care, Assistive Devices, and Rehabilitation Medical Expo will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This exhibition attracted nearly 500 companies from around the world to showcase new trends and cutting-edge achievements in the silver economy. Ge Yangnian and Li Ping, members of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, led a delegation of more than 150 people, including officials from 11 municipal civil affairs bureaus, representatives from 3 provincial-level associations, leaders from 6 silver haired economic industrial parks, and representatives from some elderly care industry enterprises and institutions, to attend the conference in Shanghai.

On the 11th and 12th, the Shaanxi delegation participated in the "2025 Silver Hair Industry Innovation and Development Conference", visited exhibitions and displays of elderly related products such as rehabilitation medicine, assistive devices, smart elderly care, and anti-aging, and experienced digital elderly care operation scenarios and smart product applications. At the same time, we also delved into the comprehensive elderly service center in Huaihai Middle Road Street, Huangpu District, Wuliqiao First Day Care Center, Laoximen Street Family Care Bed Service Center, Bund Charity Supermarket, and Pudong New Area Social Innovation Demonstration Park to study and inspect Shanghai's advanced experience in elderly care, charity, and social organization development.

On the morning of the 13th, the Shaanxi delegation held a symposium. The attendees discussed their experiences and insights on participating in exhibitions, visits, learning, and inspections. Everyone expressed that through on-site observation, participation in forums, cooperation negotiations and other activities, their horizons have been broadened and their ideas have been expanded. In the current resonance between the upgrading of silver hair consumption demand and industrial transformation, they deeply feel the huge potential and vitality of the silver hair economy under diverse demands, and further strengthen their confidence and determination to develop the silver hair economy.

During the exhibition, various cities in Shaanxi Province reached more than 80 cooperation intentions with participating enterprises around smart elderly care, "black technology" products, and aging friendly home furnishings.
