Compared with the past, now that the economic level and medical and health conditions have been greatly improved, what is the life of ordinary Chinese elderly? What are their real concerns every day? What is the social status of the elderly? Are they a disadvantaged group in this society? From moral concepts to practical operations, what changes have taken place in the way Chinese people treat the elderly today? The purpose of this film is to take a serious look at the old Chinese people we call grandpa, grandma, father, and mother together with the audience.
