Duyun City Inspection Project

▪  Science City Duyun Health Industry Park Project (Huangpu Town)

This project is a fruitful result of the paired assistance between the East and the West, and a symbol of the cooperation and friendly progress between the Party committees and governments of Huangpu District Guangzhou Development Zone and Qiannan Prefecture Duyun Economic Development Zone. The total investment is 5 billion yuan, the project covers an area of 1868 acres, and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project is located in the Qiannan Guangzhou Industrial Park in Duyun Economic Development Zone, with an investment of 1.2 billion yuan and an area of 196 acres. It aims to build a large health industry park that integrates industries such as biomedicine, food research and development, community hospitals, health and rehabilitation centers, nursing hospitals, and traditional Chinese medicine health research and development centers. With the superior ecological advantages of the development zone, it will provide a modern, high-end, and well-equipped health and wellness destination for the people of the country. After the implementation of the industrial park project, it will form a full industry chain integrating biopharmaceutical research and development, manufacturing, application, and service with the already built pharmaceutical projects such as Shengshi Longfang, Junzhitang, Guangdeli Group, and Dalong Pharmaceutical.

Project progress: Currently not fully completed and put into use.

▪  Qiannan Medical College (Qingyunhu Campus) Medical and Health Care Complex Construction Project

The medical and elderly care area of Qingyunhu Campus of Qiannan Medical College and Qiannan Medical College's "Medical and Health Care Complex" covers an area of 155.56 acres, with 3 buildings built and a total construction area of 32260.89 square meters. The Qiannan Medical College's medical and health training base covers an area of about 20 acres, with a construction area of 8821.81 square meters and a total investment of 21 million yuan. Currently, it has 200 beds.

Project progress: It has started operation in April 2025

Inspection project in Sandu County

▪  Sandu Aquarium Culture Museum and Horse Racing City - Guizhou Aquarium Culture Museum

The Guizhou Aquarium Culture Museum is a national third level museum located in Sandu Aquarium Autonomous County. It is the first ethnic themed museum in China to showcase the history and culture of the aquarium, comprehensively presenting the long history and profound culture of the aquarium, and serving as a habitat for aquarium culture. Village Horse: With the "Village Horse+" model as the engine, promote the deep integration of culture, sports and tourism. Since the beginning of 2025, the county has received a total of 5.713 million tourists and achieved a comprehensive tourism revenue of 5.771 billion yuan. A virtuous cycle of "event drainage consumption upgrading industry income increase" has been formed. The three cities use sports events as a link to connect folk customs, culture, and scenery, building a "cultural, sports, and tourism+" ecological circle, providing a replicable model for the integration of "ethnic characteristics+modern experience" for the transformation of county-level economy.

▪  Wanhu Shuizhai Siheyuan

The Wanhu Shuizhai Community Scenic Area is located in the outskirts of Sandu County, seamlessly integrated with Wanhu Shuizhai. It is surrounded by mountains and water, with beautiful natural scenery and rich folk customs, and has unique advantages in developing ethnic cultural tourism. The scenic area features three major architectural styles: modern aquarium, Lingnan, and Yin Shang period. It also has four functional areas: ethnic cultural experience area, ethnic cultural development area, ethnic cultural inheritance area, and ethnic cultural exhibition area, as well as five ethnic cultural characteristic areas: Shuishuzhai, Xiuzhai, Jiuzhai, Duanzhai, and Maozhai. The scenic area carries out cultural and sports activities such as welcoming visitors to Shuzhai, tracing the aquarium, touching intangible cultural heritage, food and beauty decoration, ancestral worship in shrines, bonfire burning, Maopo singing, Duanpo horse racing, Jiuqian drinking, Shuzhai borrowing, and showcasing Shui horse tail embroidery, effectively promoting excellent ethnic culture.

Project progress: The main project, exterior decoration, parking lot and other supporting facilities have been basically completed, and only the purchase of interior decoration and related built-in facilities is needed to put them into operation.

▪  Holy Mountain International Hotel, now renamed as Sandu Dream Hotel

Through investment promotion, Sandu has reached a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Yuanmeng Group for cultural and tourism development projects. The leasing and operation of the Shengshan International Hotel in Sandu County will be carried out through entrusted operation, and will be constructed and operated by Shenzhen Yuanmeng Group.

Project progress: The main project, exterior decoration, parking lot and other supporting facilities have been basically completed, and only the purchase of interior decoration and related built-in facilities is needed to put them into operation.

Huishui City Inspection Project

▪  Guizhou Huishui Bainiaohe Digital Town

The town is located in the western part of Huishui County, with a total planned area of 18 square kilometers and a core area planned area of 5 square kilometers. The town adheres to the concept of integrated development of ecology, life, and production, and has been listed as the third batch of provincial-level forest health and wellness pilot bases. It is currently building a demonstration base for the integrated innovation and development of "Digital · Health and Wellness" in Bainiaohe Digital Town.

▪  Dongshan Elderly Care Base

Dongshan Elderly Care Building, Lianjiang Elderly Care Home, and Dongshan Nursing Home in Huishui County can be used as investment projects. They are located 3.5 kilometers away from Huishui County, with a total construction area of 24118 square meters and 550 beds, including 200 beds in Dongshan Elderly Care Home, 150 beds in Lianjiang Elderly Care Home, and 200 beds in Dongshan Nursing Home, all of which are nursing beds.

Longli County Inspection Project

▪  Guotou Healthy Elderly Apartment

The project is constructed by the Department of Civil Affairs of Guizhou Province, located in Lijiazhuang, Longshan Town, Longli County, covering an area of 37850 square meters, with 308 beds and a total investment of 150 million yuan. Adopting the "public construction private" approach, operated and managed by Guotou Health (Guizhou) Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd. At present, there are 78 employees and 191 elderly residents (including 2 people in extreme poverty).

Project progress: Construction will be completed in 2019 and operation will commence in December 2020.

▪  China Railway International Ecological City Charm Garden Sun Valley Wellness Center

The project is invested and constructed by Guizhou Taiyanggu Yikang Real Estate Co., Ltd. (company type: wholly foreign-owned), located in Guilong Community, Gujiao Town. It was introduced by Guizhou Taiyanggu Big Health Industry Development Co., Ltd. through commercial investment. The land area is 5300 square meters, with a building area of 12103.04 square meters, a total of 13 floors, 156 rooms, and 202 beds, including 52 nursing beds, with a total investment of about 100 million yuan. There are currently 35 staff members and 70 elderly residents.
